प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बुधवार को राज्यसभा में राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण के धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर जवाब दिया। 1 घंटा 50 मिनट की स्पीच में प्रधानमंत्री ने NEET, मणिपुर, संविधान, कांग्रेस, पश्चिम बंगाल, रोजगार, भ्रष्टाचार, CBI-ED, फेडरलिज्म, इमरजेंसी, जम्मू-कश्मीर, इंदिरा गांधी, राहुल गांधी, दलितों सहित कई मुद्दों पर बात की।
प्रधानमंत्री जब 32 मिनट बोल चुके थे, तब विपक्ष के नेताओं ने सदन से वॉकआउट किया। वॉकआउट प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा सोनिया गांधी पर निशाना साधने के बाद हुआ। उन्होंने कहा- ये लोग ऐसे हैं, जो ऑटो पायलट और रिमोट पायलट पर सरकार चलाने के आदी हैं। वे काम करने में विश्वास नहीं रखते, वे बस इंतजार करना जानते हैं।
इस पर उपराष्ट्रपति और राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ बोले- ये लोग मुझे नहीं, संविधान को पीठ दिखा रहे हैं। PM ने कहा- कल उनकी सारी हरकतें फेल हो गईं, इसलिए वे मैदान छोड़कर भाग गए। नारे लगाना, चिल्लाना और भाग जाना, यही उनकी नियति है।

- मणिपुर हिंसा पर: मणिपुर में लगातार हिंसक घटनाएं कम हो रही हैं। स्कूल, कॉलेज, दफ्तर और अन्य संस्थान चल रहे हैं। मणिपुर में भी परीक्षाएं हुई हैं। जो भी तत्व मणिपुर की आग में घी डाल रहे हैं, एक समय आएगा जब मणिपुर उन्हें रिजेक्ट कर देगा।जो लोग मणिपुर के इतिहास जानते हैं, उन्हें पता है कि वहां सामाजिक संघर्ष का इतिहास रहा है। इन्हीं कारणों से मणिपुर में 10 बार राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाना पड़ा। मैं इस सदन में देश को बताना चाहता हूं कि 1993 में मणिपुर में ऐसी ही घटनाएं हुई थीं, जो 5 साल चली थीं। यह इतिहास समझकर हमें स्थितियों को ठीक करना है।
- कांग्रेस पर: बहुत सी पार्टियां उनके (कांग्रेस के) साथ बैठी हैं, वह अल्पसंख्यकों की हितैषी होने का दावा करती हैं। वे मुजफ्फरनगर, तुर्कमान गेट पर क्या हुआ, उसको क्लीन चिट देती है। ऐसे लोग हाथ में संविधान की कॉपी लेकर अपने काले कारनामे छिपाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।कई छोटे दल उस समय लड़े और अपनी जमीन बनाई। आज वे कांग्रेस का समर्थन कर रहे हैं। अब कांग्रेस का परजीवी युग शुरू हो चुका है। जहां अकेले लड़े, वहां जीरो रहे। जहां किसी की आड़ में आए, वहां फले-फूले। जनता का विश्वास जीतने के लिए इनके पास कुछ नहीं है। वे सिर्फ फेक नरेटिव और फेक वीडियो से जनता को गुमराह करते हैं।
- इमरजेंसी पर: आपातकाल एक राजनीतिक संकट नहीं था। लोकतंत्र और संविधान के साथ-साथ यह एक मानवीय संकट भी था। अनेक लोगों की मौत हुई। जय प्रकाश नारायण की हालत ऐसी थी कि वे जेल से आकर कभी ठीक नहीं हो पाए। वो दिन ऐसे थे, जो कुछ लोग घर से निकले वे लौटकर नहीं आए। उनके शव तक नहीं मिले।उनको 200-500 साल की बात करने का तो हक है। इमरजेंसी की बात करने पर नाराज होते हैं, कहते हैं वो पुरानी बात है। उनके साथ कुछ ऐसे लोग बैठे हैं, जो इमरजेंसी के भुक्तभोगी हैं। यह अवसरवादी लोग हैं।
- भ्रष्टाचार पर: जिन्हें सजा मिली है, उनके साथ ये (कांग्रेस नेता) तस्वीरें निकाल रहे हैं। जब भ्रष्टाचारी जेल जा रहे हैं तो ये हंगामा कर रहे हैं। यहां केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसियों पर आरोप लगाए कि सरकार इनका दुरुपयोग कर रही है। भ्रष्टाचार करे आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP), शराब घोटाला करे AAP, बच्चों के काम में घोटाला करे AAP। AAP की शिकायत करे कांग्रेस और AAP को कोर्ट में ले जाए कांग्रेस। कार्रवाई हो तो गाली मोदी को। अब AAP और कांग्रेस साथी बन गए हैं। भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ाई चुनाव के लिए नहीं लड़ता, ये मेरा मिशन है।
