His 35-ball ton is the second-fastest in IPL history, trailing only Chris Gayle’s 30-ball blitz for RCB in 2013.

At 14 years and 32 days, Suryavanshi also became the youngest recorded T20 centurion, surpassing Vijay Zol’s mark (18y 118d) set in 2018. Remarkably, this knock also made him the youngest centurion in all limited-overs professional cricket, eclipsing Zahoor Elahi’s record from 1986.
