उत्तर प्रदेश में बकरीद पर एक अलग नजारा देखने को मिला। पहली बार, इतिहास में, बकरीद की नमाज सड़कों पर नहीं बल्कि केवल मस्जिदों और ईदगाहों में अदा की गई। प्रदेश भर में 33,440 ईदगाहों और मस्जिदों में नमाज अदा की गई, और इस दौरान चप्पे-चप्पे पर पुलिस की कड़ी निगरानी रही। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के सख्त निर्देशों के तहत यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि नमाज केवल निर्धारित स्थलों पर ही पढ़ी जाए, जिससे आम जनजीवन में किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो।
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने त्यौहारों के दौरान कानून-व्यवस्था और श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधाओं की समीक्षा की थी, जिसमें वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को आस्था का सम्मान करते हुए नई परंपराओं को आरंभ न करने की हिदायत दी गई थी। विशेष रूप से बकरीद पर कुर्बानी के स्थलों को सुनिश्चित करने और यातायात को प्रभावित न होने देने के निर्देश दिए गए थे।
बकरीद के दिन, प्रदेश में 2,213 संवेदनशील स्थानों पर पुलिस का कड़ा पहरा था। डीजीपी विजय कुमार और स्पेशल डीजी कानून-व्यवस्था ने पुलिस मुख्यालय स्थित कंट्रोल रूम से सभी जिलों में नजर रखी। सोशल मीडिया सेल ने भी सक्रियता दिखाई, जिससे किसी भी प्रकार की अफवाहों पर नियंत्रण रखा गया।
यह कड़े सुरक्षा इंतजामों का ही परिणाम था कि बकरीद का त्योहार शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से और सौहार्द के साथ संपन्न हुआ। धर्मगुरुओं और संभ्रांत नागरिकों के साथ संवाद स्थापित कर बनाई गई व्यवस्था के चलते कहीं भी सड़क पर नमाज नहीं पढ़ी गई। मुख्यमंत्री के सख्त निर्देशों और पुलिस की मुस्तैदी से यूपी में इस बार बकरीद के मौके पर एक नया और सकारात्मक परिवर्तन देखने को मिला।
सुरक्षा की नई मिसाल
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश में सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए। बकरीद के मौके पर प्रदेश में एक नया नजारा देखने को मिला जब पहली बार सड़कों पर नमाज नहीं पढ़ी गई। इसके पीछे मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन किया गया।
सुरक्षा के इंतजाम
प्रदेशभर में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने के लिए चप्पे-चप्पे पर पुलिस की तैनाती की गई। पुलिस ने सख्त निगरानी रखते हुए सुरक्षा का माहौल बनाए रखा।
सामाजिक समरसता
योगी आदित्यनाथ के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार, सामुदायिक समरसता और शांति को प्राथमिकता दी गई। बकरीद के मौके पर सभी धार्मिक स्थलों पर पुलिस ने विशेष ध्यान दिया ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की अवांछित घटना न हो सके।
प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन
मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देशों का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन किया गया, जिससे प्रदेश में बकरीद के अवसर पर एक नया और सकारात्मक बदलाव देखने को मिला। पहली बार, सभी ने अपने-अपने धार्मिक स्थलों पर ही नमाज अदा की, जिससे सड़कों पर यातायात सामान्य रहा और किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा नहीं हुई।
निगरानी और नियंत्रण
सुरक्षा के तहत ड्रोन, सीसीटीवी कैमरों और पुलिस पेट्रोलिंग का उपयोग किया गया। यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि किसी भी प्रकार की अव्यवस्था न हो और सभी नागरिक सुरक्षित रहें।
